No. Onboarding is free and typically takes under a week — we set up your practice, your roster and your team with you.
No. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and there's no cancellation fee. Your data comes with you — ask and we'll export your practice's roster, shifts and invoice history, so leaving doesn't cost you your records.
The size of your practice — your enrolled patient population, how many sites you run, and roughly how big the clinical team is. Tell us about your practice and we'll give you the figure on a short call.
Nothing. Clinicians never pay to use Shift, and we take nothing from their rate — the rate you post is the rate they invoice and keep.
